Change the size of a photo in pixels or by percentage. The proportions are kept, so nothing is stretched.

How it works
Type a width and leave the height empty to keep the proportions. If you fill in both, the image is fitted to exactly that size, which can stretch it.
Making an image larger than the original does not add detail. For upload forms that ask for a maximum width, type that number as the width.
